1) What is your turnaround time?

Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks for non-implant based restorations and 3 weeks for implant or chrome based restorations. Working time begins when the work arrives in the laboratory and excludes bank holidays.

However, we do understand that due to patient needs you will sometimes need to expedite the treatment and so if you require a fast turnaround please call us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

2) Can I meet any of the team at Dental Precision

Absolutely. We limit the number of clients we work with to ensure that we are able to provide each of them with the service and quality of products that they deserve. Therefore, upon requesting a lab pack we will look to arrange a meeting at your practice between you and our Managing Director Martin Docking. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that we understand you, your team, your working style & preferences and that we forge strong foundations for what we hope will be a long working relationship.

Don't worry if you have a case that you wish to send us straight away though, we can complete the meeting afterwards if required.

3) Can I see examples of your work?

Of course…you wouldn't buy a car without test driving it first. At the initial meeting between you and Martin he will bring a selection of different restorations & prosthetics for your inspection.

4) How do I pay you?

You can pay by BACs or Cheque. Payment is required 30 days after invoice.

5) How will I receive the work and do you deliver to my area?

We are able to service practices across the UK & Ireland and the customers we currently have in Glasgow & Galway experience the same standard of service as our customers 5 miles away.

For businesses within a 30 mile radius of the laboratory our delivery driver will collect from and deliver to you.

Other businesses in the South West can benefit from daily collections/deliverys from our courier service, Certa Cito.

For businesses further afield we use a larger courier company or Royal Mail dependant on the requirements, i.e. next day delivery.

We also provide First Class pre-printed labels so that you can send jobs to us without any expense to your practice.

6) Are you able to take shades at your laboratory?

Yes. We have a beautiful & welcoming environment for your patients to attend. Their partner/friend is welcome to relax with a coffee and a magazine in reception whilst they spend around 30 minutes with one of our ceramics technicians who will ensure that an accurate shade is taken and that any queries are answered. The patient experience will be such that they'll simply view us as an extension of your team.
