Established for more than 25 years, Dental Precision is an innovative, creative, and quality dental laboratory that provides products to dentists across the UK and Ireland.
Martin Docking, Dip CDT RCS (Eng), started Dental Precision with his wife, Lucy, in 1995 and the firm has gone from strength to strength. Now employing 18 staff members, our reputation attracts and maintains an extensive client base of like-minded dentists who are at the top of their game and expect only the best in quality and service.
Quality Products that Fit Every Time
We combine top-quality materials and state-of-the-art technology with superior technical skills and training to deliver excellent quality products that our dentists can rely on.
Communication throughout the Process
Not communicating properly is like winking in the dark – you know what you are doing but nobody else does.
Technical Knowledge and Support
Dentists need to be so many things these days – inspiring leaders, HR managers, sales and marketing experts, administrators, business strategists, and dentists with excellent customer relations skills. To add to all of this, many of our dentists complete further training, for example, implantology, and so their time is even more pressured.
Therefore, our technicians are always on the end of the phone to advise on anything lab-related, offering support throughout the lifetime of their relationship with you. We take a proactive approach to notify you of new techniques and materials once we've tested them and have confidence in them.
We understand that every dentist has individual preferences, and information gathered at feedback sessions with our clients has highlighted that most dentists would be to have their own laboratory so that the technician would have a close understanding of their working style. So, we have started to work with our clients to create ‘preference lists', which are stored on laboratory software and updated every 6 months.
They allow you to have a standard list of preferences, while still being able to change details on specific cases by noting them on the laboratory prescription.
While standard turnaround times are important to help to maintain the workflow, we understand that our dentists need to be flexible with their patients, and we in turn need to be flexible with our dentists. Because of this, we will look to support them with faster turnaround times wherever possible and where and whenever required.
